It’s time to reserve your seat for the Annual Picnic! Rain or shine, we can enjoy a picnic meal, fun, visiting, and dancing on Wednesday, June 26, inside the climate-controlled Starlite Ballroom at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, 2815 W. Locust St, Davenport, Iowa.
Doors open at 3:30 p.m. (And not before!). You will have time to grab a beverage, make new friends, renew acquaintances, and visit our sponsor tables before the meal starts at 5:00 p.m. A delicious meal will be served of pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, potato salad, and potato chips provided by Jeff’s Market in Durant, Iowa. Save room for a dessert treat featuring a Whitey’s ice cream cup and a Hy-Vee cookie.

Advanced non-refundable registrations are required to attend this event and must be mailed and postmarked no later than Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Maximum event capacity is 440. The picnic registration cost is $20 per Club Member. An additional small transaction processing fee is added if you choose to register for the picnic online and pay with a credit card. You can alternatively indicate that you desire to pay by mailed paper check when registering online to avoid the additional transaction fee.

Not a current member, age 55 or older, and have internet access? First, join online as a single individual ($10) or as a household married couple ($15) for a 3-year term by browsing to our website page: qctplus60.com/membership/ to apply and pay with a personal credit card. Then return to this page to register online for the Annual Picnic. Enter “Applied” when asked for your membership number(s).
A non-member under the age of 55 can register online for the picnic by entering “Guest” when asked for a membership number and paying the $30 picnic registration cost per non-member Guest.
ALL registrants will be automatically entered into free door prize drawings. Each registrant will receive two beverage tickets, each of which can be exchanged for a bottle of water or soft drink, or alternatively can be applied as a $2 credit against purchasing adult beverages at the cash bar throughout the evening’s festivities.
