Healthy Habits Over Lunch Registration

The registration deadline for this event has passed.

Registrations must be submitted online or postmarked by Monday, October 17, 2022.

Each registration will be assigned a Confirmation Number, which registrants will receive back via a phone call or a reply email from the Club before the event. Please bring your confirmation number with you to the event to expedite check-in at the Healthy Habits program.

All Genesis campus visitors to buildings are required to wear a facemask except when seated for the event. If you happen to not feel well, we ask that you choose to not attend this event.
