Grant Application Guidelines
Quad-City Plus 60 Club Community Outreach Grant Application Guidelines
Please read these guidelines first prior to writing your grant.
Any non-profit 501(c)(3) organization or local public government unit serving seniors age 55 and older in the Quad Cities area is welcome to apply. The applicant organizations MUST meet the criteria for grant funding set forth in the Guidelines below.
Grants will NOT be made to:
- Individuals
- Political causes, political candidates or lobbying efforts
- Endowment funds
- Operating deficits, or ongoing operating/maintenance expenses
- Personnel expenses, including salaries and/or benefits.
- Fundraising expenses/capital campaigns
- Consulting Services

Application Guidelines
- Include only documents requested on the grant application. Additional documents will not be accepted.
- Each grant must be for a defined program or project beginning within the 12 months of the grant cycle, i.e. January 1-December 31.
- Grant awards must be used for the purpose specified in the grant, representing all or any part of the specified project or program.
