Healthy Habits: Silvis

Quad City Plus 60 members are invited to attend Healthy Habits over Lunch, which will be held from Noon to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, in the Larson Center at Genesis Medical Center, 801 Illini Drive in Silvis. Attendees can park in the parking lot by the Larson Center.

Glen Roebuck, Executive Director of Home, Outpatient and Senior Services at Genesis Health System will be the featured speaker. He will provide a brief review of what’s been going on at Genesis, as well as discuss palliative care services and how we can all take charge of our health care.

Advance registration is required as a complimentary box lunch is provided by Genesis to each Plus 60 attendee. Return to the Club’s website home page www.qcplus60.com and scroll down to the announcement about this event and click on the Registration Form link within the text to complete and submit your registration by Monday, April 18, to attend this program.

Each registration will be assigned a Confirmation Number, which registrants will receive back via a phone call or a reply email from the Club before the event. Bring your confirmation number with you to the event to expedite check-in at the Healthy Habits program. All Genesis campus visitors are required to wear a facemask except when seated for the event. If you happen to not feel well, we ask that you choose to not attend this event.
