Healthy Habits over Lunch in Silvis

SmartHer Money presentation at Healthy Habits April 25 & 27

Sonya Sellmeyer, Consumer Advocate from the Iowa Insurance Division, returns to Healthy Habits this month to present a stimulating presentation titled, “SmartHer Money,” which is designed to assist women in financial management. Whether you have managed your personal funds for years or are new to managing your resources, this program is for you!  Couples and men are also strongly encouraged to attend as well.   A complimentary box lunch is provided by Hy-Vee through arrangements with Genesis for each attendee.  This program is offered on:

■ Tuesday, April 25, at Noon in the Adler Auditorium at the Genesis Heart Institute, 1236 East Rusholme Street, Lower Level in Davenport.  Attendees can park in the garage just past the Institute.

■ Thursday, April 27, at Noon in the Larson Center building, lower level, next to the Genesis Medical Center, 855 Illini Drive in Silvis.  Attendees can park in the parking lot in front of the Larson Center.

Click HERE to view, print, complete and mail by Tuesday, April 18, the Healthy Habits registration form to attend.  Be sure to mark the box indicating your chosen location to attend in either Davenport on April 25 or Silvis on April 27. A vegetarian box lunch alternative is available as a dietary option if you check that box.

You can also advance register by calling or texting 847-334-6720 by April 20th and providing in your voice or text message your name, membership number, phone number, and your choice of attending the program in Davenport or Silvis.  You’ll receive a reply before the event with a Confirmation Number, which you should bring with you to the event to expedite check-in.
