Healthy Habits: Over Lunch

Are you aware of the many resources and opportunities available to you, your friends and family? Mark your calendar for Tuesday, October 1 or Thursday, October 3 for the next Healthy Habits event offered by Genesis Health Systems for Quad-City Plus60 members. The Center for Active Seniors, Inc (CASI) will share the opportunities they offer seniors on October 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. This will be held at the Adler Health Education Center, Genesis Medical Center East, 1236 Rusholme St., Davenport. Alternatives, an agency available for those who reside in Illinois, will share the opportunities they offer on Thursday, October 3, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. This will be held at the Larson Center, 801 Illini Drive, Silvis.

Deadline for registration will be Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Box lunches will be provided for all registered Plus60 members. You may register by going online to http://www.qcplus60.comor calling 847-334-6720.

You will be given a confirmation number when you register that you must bring to the seminar.
