Learn about “Scam Prevention” at Healthy Habits over Lunch!
Quad City Plus 60 members are invited to attend Healthy Habits over Lunch, which will be held from Noon to 1:00 p.m. featuring an informative speaker presentation about “Scam Prevention” on the following dates and locations:

■ Tuesday, July 26, in the Adler Auditorium at the Genesis Heart Institute, 1236 East Rusholme Street, Lower Level in Davenport. Sonya Sellmeyer from the Iowa Insurance Division will be the speaker. Attendees can park in the garage just past the Institute.

■ Thursday, July 28, in the Larson Center at Genesis Medical Center, 801 Illini Drive in Silvis. Speaker to be announced. Attendees can park in the parking lot by the Larson Center.

Advance registration is required as a complimentary box lunch is provided by Genesis to each Plus 60 attendee. This will help us obtain an accurate head count. A paper Registration Form also appears on the Sunday, July 3 Plus 60 page in the Quad-City Times and the Dispatch/Argus newspapers.

All registrations must be postmarked or submitted online by Monday, July 18, 2022. Each registration will be assigned a Confirmation Number, which registrants will receive back via a phone call or a reply email from the Club before the event. Please bring your confirmation number with you to the event to expedite check-in at the Healthy Habits program. All Genesis campus visitors are required to wear a facemask except when seated for the event. If you happen to not feel well, we ask that you choose to not attend this event. Let’s do what we can to keep our community healthy!
