Concert in the Park: Robert Dahms

Monday, Monday – So good to me! Welcome back for the first 2021 outdoor performance of our popular Concert in the Park series! Your Quad-City Plus 60 Board gratefully extends its heartfelt appreciation to Rasmussen Investments of Bettendorf, Iowa for sponsoring the entire 2021 series of upcoming music performances featuring local musicians for your enjoyment as free events!

You are invited to pack up your favorite beverages, lunch and/or snacks, and drive over to the park to hear the broad spectrum of music styles performed over the past five decades by Robert Dahms. His music includes pop, blues, country, folk, jazz, and soul. You’ll also hear the likes of the Beatles, Freddy Fender, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, and many more great artists. You can choose to use the nearby picnic shelter or bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs to take advantage of the spacious open lawn. The bandshell area also has bench seating. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, cabana hat and your favorite songs hit list!

Please remember to practice social distancing, as well as always observe CDC health safety protocols by wearing a mask when arriving, while you move about on the park grounds in the proximity of other people, and when departing the event. Restrooms, picnic tables, water fountains, benches will be sanitized for healthy, safety protocols.

In case of inclement weather on the day of the event, an alternate rain date has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the same time and location. If the prevailing morning weather raises a question about whether the outdoor performance is being held as planned on Monday, May 24, you can call our club cell phone at 563-370-4566 to hear a confirmation message if the event has been postponed to the following day’s Tuesday rain date. If the weather is also inclement on the re-scheduled Tuesday rain date, the performance is cancelled.
