Community Outreach Grant Application Deadline

The Quad-City Plus 60 Club will accept Community Outreach Grant Applications through Friday, October 29, 2021 from eligible nonprofit organizations and public government units for FY 2022.

The Plus 60 Club has awarded over $200,000 over the past twenty years to various non-profit organizations throughout the Illinois and Iowa Quad-Cities area that provide services or specific programs to those 55 and over. Proceeds from Plus 60 events fund its Community Outreach program.

Eligible applicants are any Quad-City non-profit organization or public government unit that seek funds for a Quad-City area program or project benefiting those 55 years and older. The program or project must be completed between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Applications must be submitted by Friday, October 29, 2021. Applicants will be notified in November and the funding will be distributed in December for fiscal year 2022.

To apply, interested non-profit 501c3 organizations and public government units should download the guidelines and application from the Plus 60 website at www.qcplus60.com, fill it out and mail by Friday, October 29 to: Plus 60 Community Outreach, PO Box 455, Bettendorf, IA 52722-0008. Or attach the completed application to an email with ”Community Outreach Application” in the subject line to qctimesplus60@gmail.com by the October 29 deadline.
If your organization received a Plus 60 Club Community Outreach grant last December for FY 2021, a full detailed program report must be received before being considered for fiscal year 2022. Money must have been used for the program submitted and within the 2021 grant cycle, stating how the money was used and how many seniors benefited. Use the additional downloadable “CO Funded Program report form for 2020 grant-funded 2021 programs for completion and reporting to the Plus 60 Club.
