Circa 21 Miracle on 34th Street

Reserved seating for this event is mostly at tables of two or four, with a couple of tables that can seat five or six people. Single person reservation requests will be assigned by the Club to a table with other Club members or you can request to be seated with other known parties attending the performance. Free on-street parking while attending the event is available within a block of the Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse, located at 1828 3rd Avenue, Rock Island.

When you drive to Rock Island for the performance, please use 19th Street to approach Circa 21 at the southwest corner of 3rd Avenue and 19th Street due to street improvement projects underway downtown. This fall (as of late October): 2nd Avenue, 18th Street, and 3rd Avenue in front of the Circa 21 building are closed to vehicle traffic for surface renovations. Public parking lots and on-street parking are available on 19th Street, on blocks east of 19th Street and on west-bound 4th Avenue and east-bound 5th Avenue.

Kris Kringle takes on the cynics in this musical adaptation of the beloved holiday classic. Single mother, Doris Walker, doesn’t want her six-year-old Susan’s head filled with romantic notions. Their neighbor, Fred Gailey, tries to woo Doris by charming Susan and taking her to see Santa Claus at Macy’s, where Doris works. Doris is not impressed, but when it turns out that Macy’s Santa may, in fact, be the real Kris Kringle, a wave of love spreads across New York City that melts even the most cynical hearts. Filled with humor, spectacle and beloved songs, this joyous, heartwarming musical is the perfect holiday treat!

Doors open at 3:45 PM. Plated meals with choice of entrée are served from 3:45 to 5:00 PM, Bootleggers Preshow at 5:00 PM, and the musical performance begins at 5:30 PM with one intermission. Your discounted $65 per Club member Plus 60 ticket will be ready for you to pick up under your last name with the Plus 60 group from a staff member in the vestibule when you arrive at Circa ’21 for this production that includes dinner, show, tax and gratuity for the meal portion of the evening! You have the option of ordering bar service, appetizers and/or dessert menu items from your Bootlegger at your expense.

If you realize before 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening, December 6, that you unexpectedly will not be able to attend the performance, you can call the Box Office directly at (309) 786-7733 ext. 2 by that time, refer to the Quad City Plus 60 Club group reservation of December 8, and possibly be rescheduled to attend the performance on a later date by paying a $5.00 service fee to Circa ’21.
