Circa 21 – Heartbreak Hotel

You are invited to join us on Sunday, April 27, for the Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse performance of the musical, Heartbreak Hotel.

Reserved seating for this event is available at tables of two, with a few additional tables that can seat four or six people. Single person reservation requests will be assigned by the Club to a table with other Club members or you can request to be seated with other known parties attending the performance. Free on-street and city lot public parking while attending the event is available within a block of the Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse, located at 1828 3rd Avenue, Rock Island.

Heartbreak Hotel is a brilliant homage to a man who gave the world a musical revolution! Featuring over 40 hit songs, Heartbreak Hotel celebrates the extraordinary life of award winning, cultural icon Elvis Presley. From his childhood in Mississippi to his triumphant ’68 Comeback Special, this brand new high-energy production explores the pivotal moments in Elvis’ life and music career through the perspectives of those who knew him best. Iconic hits include “All Shook Up,” “Burning Love,” “Love Me Tender,” “Hound Dog,” “Blue Suede Shoes,” and many more!

Doors open at 3:45 p.m. Plated meals with choice of entrée are served followed by the Bootleggers Preshow at 5:00 p.m. and the musical performance at 5:30 p.m. Your discounted $66.00 per Club member Plus 60 ticket will be ready for you to pick up under your last name with the Quad City Plus 60 group at the ‘Will Call’ lobby vestibule window when you arrive at Circa ’21 for this production that includes dinner, show, tax and gratuity for the meal portion of the evening! You have the option of ordering bar service, appetizers and/or dessert menu items from your Bootlegger at your expense.

The Heartbreak Hotel performance registrations for reserved seating within the Club’s group of dinner playhouse tables are non-refundable and must be received by Thursday, April 10. Register here using the clip-out form. Members desiring to be seated together at one table of 2, 4 or 6 should either mail in their registrations together in one envelope or be sure to cross-reference all names of the group on the bottom line of separately mailed registration forms. If you realize on or before 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening, April 25, that you unexpectedly will not be able to attend the performance, you can call the Box Office directly at (309) 786-7733 ext. 2 by that time, refer to the Quad City Plus 60 Club group reservation, and possibly be rescheduled to attend the performance on a later date by paying a $5.00 service fee to Circa ’21.

Not already a Club member, if you or your spouse are age 55+, and you desire to attend? Print “Applied” on the Membership number line when completing your event registration form with your check payment to the Quad City Plus 60 Club for the Dinner Playhouse performance. Before mailing, also enclose an additional separate check payable to the Club for a 3-year membership in the amount of $10 for an individual or $15 for a household couple. Each new member receives a “Welcome letter” with an assigned membership number card within 4 – 6 weeks.
